Bisogna essere chiari

Gentile signora, come da foto allegata di conversazione tramite whats app, vero che non ha ricevuto il rossetto, vero anche che nel pacco ha trovato i 20€ pari al costo dello stesso
Bisogna recensire anche negativamente, ma dire la verità e le cose come sono andate fino in fondo
Precisiamo che, cosa molto anomala, il corriere, unico al mondo, ha consentito alla signora di aprire il pacco alla consegna, cosa incredibile ed inverosimile soprattutto per il fatto che lo stesso, risultava poi essere vuoto (corriere amico???? Non lo potevamo stabilire)
Abbiamo noi provveduto a rispedire i prodotti, quindi a nostra perdita e non del cliente, rifondendo prodotti, soldi e costi di spedizione.
Essendo ultimo pezzo il rossetto in questione, sparito magicamente nel nulla insieme al resto del contenuto, sono stati inseriti nel pacco 1 rossetto più i 20€ di quello mancante.
Però lei racconta solo di non averlo ricevuto....
Nb abbiamo screen di tutta la conversazione che, se costretti, sarà resa pubblica per intero!!
E se necessario agire per vie legali.
NON SI CAPISCE IL SENSO DI INFANGARE UN'AZIENDA SENZA MOTIVAZIONE ALCUNA!
